Milton Freewater Waste Water Treatment Facility:

Located in Milton Freewater Oregon, this facility converts wastewater (water which is no longer needed or suitable for its most recent use) into an effluent that can be either returned to the water cycle or reused. This process take generally 24-36 hours from start to finish. The team at ST&I is doing the coatings inspection and the Penetrant testing at this facility. This project is expected to be active for aprox 6 months.

Carty Generating Station:

Located just outside Boardman Oregon the Carty Generating Station (also known as a power plant or Powerhouse) is a 440-Megawatt natural gas-fired power plant. Owned by Portland General Electric (PGE), PGE serves roughly 840,000 customers and has brought on the ST&I Team to be in charge of the Welding Inspection & Bolting inspection at this project. This project is estimated to be up and running by mid 2016.

Rocky Mountain Construction:

ST&I Teamed up with RMC in 2015 to do coatings inspection on rollercoaster rails. ST&I has done inspection on over 6 rollercoasters in the past year. Some of those rides include “Twisted Colossus” now up at Magic mountain in California. “Wicked Cyclone” up and running at Six flags New England in Massachusetts, along with several others that are in the process of being built at RMC’s Facility and or erected at their new locations.
